Rascal

Also known as Child Fell, this young version of W.D. Gaster is a muse of mine on f-list.net
I'd been rping with a friend who plays as mainly fell Gaster for a whle now as lil' Rascal and the two get along great!
Fell (As I'll call them) as grown a father/son bond with Rascal and took into account that his timeline (Not official) is pretty rough on him.
Fell took Rascal to his own timeline and got him some new clothes (As shown in picture) and gave him a lab coat (For a tour of the older skell's laboratory.
Rascal and him get closer with every passing moment.
